Why am I seeing a refund (or partial refund) on my order?

Please remember we carry thousands of unique items of one.

That being said, occasionally and unfortunately, there are times we have to refund your money. Below are several situations when this can occur:

1) Labels Resale Boutique has 6 brick and mortar locations throughout Atlanta. When retrieving the purchased item to be shipped, quality control may discover the item was damaged due to customers trying on the piece. Therefore, it is no longer an item that can be shipped. 

2)  There are occasions when items cannot be located. This is either due to the item being put back in the incorrect area of the store, or unfortunately the item may have been shoplifted.

 

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and  PayPal for items purchased through our website. 

To purchase something on our Instagram page that is not listed on our website we will require you to pay through PayPal. Once we send you the invoice we will allow up to 2 hours for the payment to go through.

Please note that any Instagram purchases made though PayPal will be shipped to the address provided from your PayPal account. If you would like to pick up the item in-store you must pay for the item in person.

 

How will my order be shipped?

We offer flat rate shipping on all domestic orders. Most orders ship within 48 hours if placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS.

 

What is your return policy?

Labels Resale Boutique does not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. We will not grant a refund, exchanges or store credit if you have changed your mind about a purchase for any reason. Please choose carefully and ask questions about the condition, size, color, etc. or request additional photos to ensure satisfaction. 

How do I know my order was received?

We will send you an order confirmation email once we receive your cleared payment, and your order is audited then assigned an order number in our system.

How do I know when my in-store pick up order is ready?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know it's ready to pick up.

How long should I expect to receive my order?

Processing time normally takes 1-3 business days and will be shipped via UPS once your order is fulfilled. You will receive an email with your tracking number after it ships. 

Can I use my store credit on an online purchase?

Yes, however, you will need to contact us ahead of placing your order and we will send you a custom invoice for your item(s).
