CONSIGNMENT

 

 

DROP OFF CRITERIA 

-Clothes are to be folded, laundered, and free of stains & odors 

-Preferably without hangers

-We take seasonal clothing with the exception of St. John, High-End Designer brands, and Workout attire.

-No minimum or limit to number of items we take 

-No appointment needed 

-Our last drop off is taken at 5 pm

-Items we do not take from your drop off will need to be picked up within 24 hours (unless dropped off on a Saturday, you will have until Monday to pick them up). Items not picked up within that time frame will be donated. 

 

WHAT LABELS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We take brands anywhere from Madewell all the way up to Cartier. We look for popular contemporary brands, premiere designer, high-end handbags, wallets, jewelry, & accessories. Unique pieces, Vintage High-end, new w/ tags bathing-suits (seasonally), gowns and formal dresses, costume jewelry, new/unused make-up & perfume and more!

If you are a new consigner, simply include items you’d like to consign, paper with your first and last name, address, phone number and email address.

HOW LONG IS THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD?

90-days from when your items are entered into our system. You will get an itemized list with pricing and your end of consignment date. 

 

WHAT PERCENTAGE DO YOU TAKE?

All of our consignment is a 50/50 split of what the item sells for.  

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF SOMETHING OF MINE SELLS?

We do not contact you when an item sells. You can check your balance anytime by calling our locations. 

Funds will expire after 1 year

 

HOW DO WE GET PAID?

We offer payments through Zelle, Paypal, & Check 

 

DO YOU OFFER MONEY UP FRONT FOR ITEMS?

Selectively, we will do what we call a Buy-Out which means money paid up front- typically same day depending on completion of appraising your items.  We accept a Buy-Out option on high-end designer goods in excellent condition.  

Buy-Outs are done in the Buckhead locations only.

For this option, call ahead and make sure our buy-out manager is working that day. Expect a 24-48 hour turn around if we have multiple that day.  

 

WHAT DO I DO AT THE END OF MY 90-DAY CONSIGNMENT?

 For the remaining items that did not sell, you have two options: 

-Schedule a pick-up  

-Donate: We donate to The Assistance League https://www.assistanceleague.org/ and can provide a donation receipt.

Scheduling a Pick-Up: 

-Call to schedule with any of our locations : (404) 986-8812

 

-Schedule 2 weeks ahead of your 90-day consignment period end 

-Pick-ups need to be scheduled at the location you originally dropped off at 

 

HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD MY SCHEDULED PICK UP ITEMS?

We will store your items for 30 days from your scheduled pick up date. Items WILL be donated after this time. 

If you are not able to make it in the 30 day time frame, please give us a call and notify us so we can mark your account accordingly.  

If  you change your mind and do not want to pick up your unsold goods, we can donate and give you a donation receipt upon request. 

 

WHERE ELSE DO YOU PROMOTE THE ITEMS?

All our inventory is photographed and added to our website daily.
