Consignment Agreement

I, the undersigned, hereby consign item(s) on my account inventory to "Labels Resale Boutique" for ninety (90) days and agree to fifty percent (50%) of the sold price. If I wish to reclaim any unsold items at the end of my consignment period I must do so by the 90th day. I understand that any items not picked up after ninety (90) days will become "expired" and the property of "Labels Resale Boutique" and will be will be handled at their discretion without any notice to Client. I may collect money credited to my account between three days after the item sale date and a year after sale date.

I understand that "Labels Resale Boutique" will do their best to sell items at the highest possible price; but may reduce the selling price at any time. "Labels Resale Boutique" bases prices on supply and demand, as such there will be items that "Labels Resale Boutique" may not accept since customer's preferences must guide selection. I will abide to all consignment policies and understand that they may change from time to time without notice.

I understand that "Labels Resale Boutique" will do its best to safeguard my items, but is not responsible for loss or damage to items. I hereby warrant that I own and have complete title to the merchandise I bring in. I will not hold "Labels Resale Boutique" responsible for any claim or title to it.

 

Client consent to add items to account and Consignment Agreement

I warrant that I own and have complete title to the merchandise I bring in and all items are authentic unless so noted. I certify that "Labels Resale Boutique" is in no way responsible for any claim on my items. I understand there will be items that "Labels Resale Boutique" may not accept even after initial selection; we will send you an email confirmation of the final items accepted. If you do not receive an email listing, call us within ten (10) days of drop off as we may not have accepted any of your items or there may be email problems. I understand I have ten (10) days to retrieve not accepted items, or they will be disposed of without any notice to Client.

 

 What's Next?

  1. You will receive a pricing email within 7-10 days from drop off. Items hit the sales floor after 24 hours of pricing, so please alert us to questions or concerns ASAP.
  1. Your expiration date is 90 days from the date of the pricing email.Within the 90 days, your items will be discounted. 25% after 30-45 days; 50% after 60 days
  1. Call or email as often as you like to check on the status of your account.We will not notify you when items sell; checks are mailed or printed per consignor request.
  1. When your expiration date is near, call to schedule a pick up for remaining items-- or not! We are happy to provide you with donation receipts.

**All returned items from drop offs not picked up by consignor within 24 hours of initial drop off date will be donated.**
